Besmatch Real Estate was founded in 1987 by Hafeez Baksh  under the Century 21 System who was awarded the Century 21 Prestigious Centurion Award in 1989 for Production.  In 1990, a second office was opened at 1990 Westchester Avenue and once again was awarded the Prestigious Centurion Award.  In 1991, Besmatch Real Estate was ranked #11 out of 516 offices in the Northeast Region of the Century 21 System.

In October 1992, affiliations were changed from Century21 to ERA System (Electronic Realty Associates).  At that time Besmatch Real Estate was ranked Top 25 Company out of 3200 Offices in the ERA System WORLDWIDE.  In 1998 both offices had a total of over 500 Sales, which when broken down represents over 76 Millions in Real Estate Sales.  At present Besmatch Real Estate is ranked in the Top 50 companies and is the #1 in ERA Office in Metro New York.  With a multitude of Awards and Prizes to his name, he has passed that knowledge on to his Staff and Agents and with regrets has decided to take that knowledge and follow his own dreams.  We know that he will be as successful in his endeavors as he has proved to be in the past.
